Airlie Beach continues to stack up as an affordable proponent with a median house price of $932,000 with many good quality homes and lifestyle drivers for all ages.

Our latest Capricorn Life November Market update for Whitsunday’s unveiled that demand still exceeds supply with extremely low listing volumes, low days on market and high absorption rates.

In addition, we’ve seen the new supply pipeline appear very slow. This slow supply will mean many property buyers will find themselves in multiple offer scenarios in 2023 placing further downward pressure on existing stock and leaving a floor under property prices.

Our team believe Airlie Beach will continue to be a top performer in Queensland and will remain in the 10 top list for quite some time.
